Dear BOSS,

You have always said that leadership is about developing, growing


and serving others; It’s not about titles, positions, or flow charts.
True to this, you have been an inspiration to me throughout my
career path with Sanita. I would like to thank you for the support
you have shown me throughout the past 10 years. You have always
put the interests of the team above yours, treating us as partners in
the journey to success.
I will do what I can to help make my leaving as easy as possible for
both the company and me.
For this, I have prepared a clear and detailed hand-over plan that
facilitates a seamless transition. I am certain that Rabih, with
Joseph’s assistance, is the exemplary successor to take charge of this
department since he and I have handled several projects together. He
has shown a lot of dedication and attention-to-detail upon execution
which makes him the ideal choice.
Know that Sanita will always be in my prayers. I have really
enjoyed having the pleasure of working with great people.
