Sr. Programmer - The Role:


As a key member of the Software Development team, you will take part in developing an incredible
business solution. You will take part in developing something that may change the way people use
enterprise solutions. The application will be developed with Spring MVC framework and Java, HTML
stack and various JS libraries with PostgreSQL database.

Reporting to: The CTO

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop web-based applications as instructed by CTO and the team leader
• Extending the existing products according to the plans
• Maintaining the applications
• Supporting other team members with technical skills and knowledge
• Work in a collaborating manner

Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline
• IDB BISEW program background on Java track is preferred

Software Development Skills:


• Expert Java coder in Eclipse IDE
• Expert in Spring MVC framework for Java
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery/JavaScript
• Expert in SQL query & ORM
• Expert in Google Maps or Leaflet JS API (OpenStreetMap) for online maps-based
applications

Knowledge:
• Expert in program logic development
• Expert in data structure and algorithm, especially on a big-data scale
• Solid knowledge in object oriented principles
• Mobile apps development will more preferable

Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience in Java Spring. More experience would be an advantage.

Compensation Package:
Negotiable; Range: Tk. 30,000/- to 50,000/- based on skill level
