MISEIC GUIDELINES
A. SPEAKER GUIDELINES

Plenary Session

1. Plenary is held using the main account webinar with a capacity of 1000
participants and live YouTube.

2. The keynote speaker presentation is done live with duration of 30 minutes.

3. The question and answer session of plenary discussion is held live for 45
minutes for all speakers.

Roundtable Session

1. Roundtable session is held using the MISEIC account webinar with the capacity
500 participant.

2. Access to MISEIC Zoom opens 15 minutes prior to roundtable session.

3. Presentation by the invited speaker uses a 20-minute video recording, sent via
Google Drive.
4. Each presenter must identify their selves by writing Room Number_Name, (i.e,
Room 9_Utama Alan Deta).
Please read How to Change Your Display Name in Zoom Room on page 4.
Please check your room on page 7 - 16.

5. Presentation by the presenter of roundtable discussion uses a 7-minute video


recording (Please read Video Presentation Guideline for further information about
video recording).

6. The presenter of roundtable discussion must be stay online during the


presentation.

7. The question and answer session is held live for 25 minutes on each session.

Plenary Session

3. Each participant must identify their selves by writing Conference Name _Name

(e.g. MISEIC_Utama Alan Deta).

4. Each participant is requested in silent mode during the conference except in


question and answer session and being unmuted by the host/ moderator.

5. Participants are encouraged to raise questions, both orally in Zoom platform and
written in Zoom chat and also YouTube live comments.

6. Written question should abide the following format: #ask_name_keynote


speaker/ presenter_ question (i.e., #ask_Utama AD_Prof. Sam_how to get this
idea?).

7. Live oral question is preceded by clicking the ’raise hand’ button and will be

C. VIDEO PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR PRESENTER OF ROUNDTABLE


DISCUSSION
1. The presenter of roundtable discussion should prepare a 7 minutes video
presentation, having the presenter presenting in front of camera or the
presenter’s voice over the PowerPoint or a combination of any other creative
methods of presentation. The presenter may use multiple screens, one for the
PowerPoint presentation and a smaller one including the presenter (i.e., Figure
1).

format.
3. The resolution of the video should be of high definition (720p).
