BUTLER SERVICE

With Luggage ( Unpacking )


BUTLER: Greet the guest according to the time of the day
Good morning ma’am/sir, welcome to __________hotel, I’m your butler
for today, May I carry your luggage ma’am?
GUEST: Thank you! My pleasure!
BUTLER: This way to the reception are, for your registration.
(After the guest register) Are yo done ma’am? May I know your room type? Can I
have the key card please?
This way to the suite room/ standard room. You will stay ate the 5th floor, this way
to elevator. By the way ma’am the hotel also provides traveler and guest with a
well-equipped fitness center and outdoor pool amidst the green swimming time
starts at 6 in the morning until 10 in the evening.
BUTLER: Carry the luggage and proceed to the room. (Knock 3x) open the door
slowly, stay at the side of the door.
Welcome to your deluxe room ma’am. Please come in and have a sit.
Where would you like me to put your luggage ma’ am.
GUEST: Just place it on top of my bed
BUTLER: If you don’t mind ma’am, would you like me to introduce the feature of
your room?
GUEST: Much better
BUTLER: By the way ma’am your room is equipped with an individual controlled
air condition, a multi-channel flat screen cable TV, a refrigerator fully loaded with
soda, beers, and juices. You can consume it but it will be charge to your account.
In front of you is your complimentary mineral water, coffee, with cream and
biscuit. On the side table is telephone with phone directory. You can make local
call but if you make long distance call, that will be charge to your account. Inside
your bathroom you have your shower stall with hot and cold water conditioner,
toothbrush and toothpaste. Then outside is your cabinet with hangers. Is there
anything that you would like to ask ma’ am?
GUEST: No more
BUTLER: Would you like me to unpacked your luggage ma’ am?
GUEST: Yes please
BUTLER: UNPACKING THE LUGGAGE, inside your luggage has 10 items a’ am, 5
pants and 5 long sleeves. (Do the hanging of clothes, pants according to kind, size,
and color) I am done ma’ am, is there anything else you would like me to do?
OPTIONAL.
GUEST: yes please, can you polish my shoe?
BUTLER: ok ma’ am I’ll be back soon.
After 5 minutes
BUTLER: (knock 3x) butler service (say butler service)
Guest open the door.
BUTLER: I would like to deliver your polish shoe ma’ am, where do you want me
to put this?
BUTLER: is there anything else you want me to do here?
GUEST: no more
BUTLER: Ok ma’ am, if you need something , please don’t hesitate to call
housekeeping department, just dial 123. Have a nice day and enjoy you stay.
