NexGuard® Programs

WHAT IS IT?
NexGuard is an organic blend of polymers designed to remove
hardness, and Fe from the boiler system.

HOW DOES IT WORK?


NexGuard works by keeping soluble material in solution,
therefore, scale is unable to form on boiler internals.

Also, NexGuard disperses (repels) foulant particles to keep them


from settling in critical areas of the boiler system.

HOW DOES IT AFFECT MY PLANT?


NexGuard keeps boiler internals free of scale or deposits. This allows
the boiler to run at maximum efficiency. As a result, energy costs are
minimized and the manufacturing units can maximize production.

Overfeed of a NexGuard program may increase the cost of the


treatment program;
Underfeed of a NexGuard program will result in hardness scale in the
boiler system.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO CONTROL IT?


Test either the feedwater or boiler water to maintain the recommended
range for total NexGuard.

Safety
 May cause irritation to skin and eyes. Avoid contact with skin,
eyes, and clothing.
 In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water.
 In case of eye contact, immediately flush with large amounts of
water for 15 minutes and get medical attention.
 Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
 Do not take internally.
