II.   Considering the ABCD method of writing well-written objectives, what is missing in
the following objectives/outcomes?

Write Audience, Behavior, Condition, and Degree on the blank.

       A.  Students will be able to summarize the events of their day in a personal

journal. Degree

Caterpillar to Butterfly. Audience

they would need to start a lemonade stand. Degree

III. Reflection paper.

 First paragraph ----- write the lessons you learned.

 Second paragraph ---- write the things you realize from the lessons you learned
 Third paragraph ----   As future teacher/educator, how will you apply the lessons
you have learned?

Studying these lessons gives me a wider and deeper knowledge between

the differences of Outcome-based education (OBE) and Competence-based
Education (CBE), difference between performance and content standards which
are often mixed up by educators, and by learning and being able to determine
their differences gives a more vivid picture that can be a future use, especially to
a future educator like me. I was also ecstatic when I was able to learn on how to
determine which are the audience, behavior, condition and degree in well-written
objectives. I also learned the importance of making or planning the best
curriculum to help the learner’s progress.

I have been able to reflect a lot of things while studying these lessons, I
realized that whatever things are very alike, there will always be something
different to it that makes it unique. Just like the curriculums that are very similar
to each other but I you look closely it will show its distinctiveness. Every one of it
has it’s on purpose to a child’s development.

As future educator, I am looking forward to using these methods, ways

and approaches to my students, but first before I implement these approaches, I
will observe their behaviors and make sure that they will get the knowledge they
deserve.
