Orientation for Newly-Hired Province-Paid SEF Teachers

1. Activity Design

Rationale A newly-hired employee must undergo an orientation basically regarding


the organization that he/she is joining and is now become part of. It is on
this premise that there is a need to conduct an orientation for all newly-
hired province-paid teachers so they may know to what direction the
Provincial Government of Bohol is heeding for and what are its goals.
With this in mind, the teachers will be guided on how they can help the
Provincial Government of Bohol achieve its goals. Also, the orientation
will properly inform the teachers on the basic guidelines they need to
know regarding their employment with the Provincial Government of
Bohol.

Objectives 1. To let the teachers meet with Gov. Edgar M. Chatto and release their
notices of appointment.
2. To present to the teachers an overview of the operations of the
Provincial Government of Bohol more particularly its Vision, Mission,
Goals and Development Framework.
3. To discuss with the teachers the basic information and guidelines
regarding their employment.
