ExtraFlex
Fast Blade Holder removal system for Flexilan Blade Holders.
Keeping the Blade Holders clean is a very important task for
papermakers; this is constantly underlined by Lantier in all our
visits to paper mills all around the world. This is the reason why
we have developed specific designs of Blade Holders with a
removable guiding system which allow perfect cleaning and
excellent maintenance.
The ExtraFlex design feature allows removing and re-assem-
bling the Blade Holder very fastly without the need of long and
expensive machine shutdowns. The ExtraFlex’s unique paten-
ted design features a special fixing system with instant blocking
of the Blade Holder which eliminates any possible vibration
source created by the guiding system.
