What did we do yesterday class? We had our summative test on tools and equipment
use in bread and pastry.
C. Motivation
Today we will have a short clip viewing on how Yes Maam!
to light or operate an oven.
So I want everybody to observe and list down
important notes.

ACTIVITY
How was the short clip class? Its informative Maam!
I hope you get some ideas from the clip.
I will divide the class into 6 groups, lets do
number head count.
Each group will be given handouts containing the
procedure on how to light or operate an oven.
Each group will collaborate and demonstrate the
procedure with their members by strictly
following the said procedures.

Each group will come with me to the SHS

The teacher will ask the students to copy the evaluation sheet for their performance task.

Their performance task will take 2-3 days depending on the number of students present.
