1) Foundation work at various tanks is ongoing but has been temporarily stopped due to heavy rains. Rebar assembly is continuing under cover. 2) Fabrication and erection of tanks is proceeding, with bridges being constructed to connect tanks. Internal scaffolding and ladder installation is progressing in some tanks. 3) Various non-destructive and pressure tests are pending on several tanks once work can resume after drying out from rains. Equipment status and locations are provided.

Foundation at Tank # 17 - ongoing backfilling of base course temporarily stops due to
rain not yet ready for turned over to Toughstar

VRB - CIVIL and Structural works on foundation at Tank #11.

The area is still unworkable at this point in time due to continuous rain Oct.6,7 &8 . While waiting for
the area to dry up we come up to an idea to just assemble the rebar of footing foundation on the
vacant space near Tank #9 as shown. Then later on once they finish the rebar works on footing we
shall laid it on the excavated foundation using mobile crane and backhoe. As of this moment rebar
works of footing foundation still ongoing.

VRB – CIVIL and Structural works on foundation @ Tank # 17.

We have just backfilled second layer of base course but due to rain last Oct. 6 7 & 8 the work
temporarily stops. Backfilling will resume once the area is dried up. Regarding the starter of road
roller, according to the supplier the flywheel needs to be reversed because the other side of
flywheel gear teeth was already worn out.

radiographic testing; waiting for flange connection. Ready for radiographic test. Vacuum test. Hydro
test. Dye penetrant test at roof plate and air leak test and installation of roof nozzle. (situation as is)

Tank # 10 - As a preventive measure due to very near setback to Holcim (weighing scale) and
potential to hazard, the tank is finally deleted on site by Sir Jerome.

Tank#17- We have just backfilled second layer of base course and performed compaction inside
ringwall foundation but unfortunately heavy rain fell last Oct.6,7 & 8 2020.Right now the area is
flooded and unworkable. We will resume backfilling works and compaction once the area is dried up.

EQUIPMENT STATUS:

 Skid loader - operational (ready for demob)


 Road roller – starter will be sent back to CBTI, flywheel needs adjustment according to supplier
 Dump truck – operational
 Backhoe – operational (IC alternator for installation; item received at site last Oct.9,2020)
 Bulldozer – operational (ready for demob)
 Mobile Crane - operational
 Denyo Air Compressor - operational
 Airman Air compressor – for maintenance(ready for demob)
 Roller Bender - operational
 Concrete Pump Mixer - Stand by (subject for checkup due to leak on hydraulic hose( for demob)
 Walk behind compactor -not operational need repair to have spare in compaction of backfilled
materials.
 2 units Tamping Rammer (brand new) - Just arrived at CBTI admin office last 10/01/20.-
operational one unit demob to Taguig as per Sir Jerome (only one unit left).
