Durations:
28,5 hrs Scope This course has been designed to meet the requirements of STCW
(Target section A-V1/2 and is based on the guidelines of IMO Model Course
audience) 1.23.
Course is open to all seafarers who are designated to take charge
of different types of survival craft.

Objective After successful completion of the course, the trainees will be


competent to handle and take charge of such boats during or after
launch in adverse weather and sea conditions and to operate.
