INDUCTION BALL 2O19
 RATIONALE
This program is to welcome and induct the new officers making them aware of their roles and
responsibilities.

 OBJECTIVE
 Initiate officers with their roles and responsibilities

 PERSONS INVOLVED
All organizations coming from different colleges in the University of Echague, Isabela was called for an
Induction Ball.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY


The Induction Ball is a program to showcase what the organization has to offer, give highlights to the
different colleges, make friends with other people, and to give credits to their respective professors who
guided and supported them in building and generating an indeed helpful organization.
Various organizations came and represent their organization. Our College represented two organizations—
the Student Body Organization, and the Disaster and Nutrition Alliance of Nursing Students.

NURSING DAY 2O19
 RATIONALE
The Nursing Day is a day to socialize, engage, get to know more each other, showcase the talents of the
students, and join different activities while promoting teamwork and camaraderie.

 OBJECTIVES
 Have fun and enjoy
 Showcase talents
 Identifying new set of people who have abilities to represent the college in the upcoming
intercollegiate or University activities

 VENUE
College of Nursing

 PERSONS INVOLVED
All students of the College of Nursing attended the said event.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY


“No worries, no assignments, no lectures or quizzes to be worried of” is how they describe the Nursing day
and Acquaintance Party. This is a day to gain new set of friends, build more camaraderie on the proposed
activities, and spend time with your classmates and friends to cheer on during their contests, activities or
games.

3rd PACSA INTERNATIONAL
CONFERENCE
 RATIONALE
This leadership training aims to teach and guide these student leaders to be effective leaders who will
influence, make an impact and be an epitome to other people. Leadership training broadens the thinking
abilities of the leaders and helps them think innovatively and creatively.

 OBJECTIVES
 Train and empower leaders
 Hone leadership skills
 Make leaders competent to function effectively

 TIME/VENUE
This PACSA was held on November 25-28, 2019 in Teachers Camp, Baguio City

 PERSONS INVOLVED
All of the officers attended the said event.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY


The 3rd Philippine Association of Campus Student Adviser (PACSA) International Conference is a 3-day
leadership seminar. As a gathering for the 40th Ruby Founding Celebration, this aims to move as one nation
for the betterment of the youth empowering the individual to engage and be equipped as leaders for the
future generation.

2O19 CAMPUS JUMPSTART
 RATIONALE
Socialization at school is very important for the students because we spend more time at school and creating
bunch of good friends, a family and a second parents will help us to adjust faster and have a joyful college
life.

 OBJECTIVES
 Socialization
 Showcase talents
 Develop bond with fellow students
 Enhance the inner potential of an individual

 TIME/VENUE
The Campus Jumpstart was held at Echague Community Center last September 6, 2019.

 PERSONS INVOLVED
All the freshmen students, transferees, SBO officers, SSC officers, faculty and some officials of Isabela
State University are involved in the said event.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY


This event serves as an avenue for freshmen to socialize, connect, develop a sense of belongingness, help
them adjust and feel comfortable in a new environment, and engage with the new students as soon as they
come into the institution.

INTERCOLLEGIATE INTRAMURALS

 RATIONALE
This event is an opportunity for students to showcase their skills and talents in various sports while
competing with fellow students.

 OBJECTIVES
 Showcase talents
 Enhance the inner potential of an individual
 Provide opportunities for individual development through various activities

 TIME/VENUE
The Intercollegiate Intramurals was held at the gymnasium of the Isabela State University, Echague
Campus last October 7-9, 2019.

 PERSONS INVOLVED
Students who are representing their departments are involved in the said event.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY


Volleyball, basketball, badminton, chess, athletics, dancesport, table and lawn tennis, and various individual
and team sports are enjoyed and participated by the different teams coming from different colleges of the
University.

ACQUAINTANCE PARTY 2O19
 RATIONALE
This event is an avenue to gather, meet and get to know everyone in the College of Nursing, and also an
opportunity for new friendships. This allows the students to function better as they become more
comfortable with the people around them.

 OBJECTIVES
 Acquaint themselves with one another
 Enhance the inner potential of an individual
 Have fun

 TIME/VENUE
The Acquaintance Party was held at Echague Community Center last August 30, 2019.

 PERSONS INVOLVED
All students and faculty of the College of Nursing attended the said event.

 SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY


The College of Nursing conducted a significant celebration that evidently benefited many nursing students
even faculty members not only for them to indulge this yearly glorious occasion, but also to socialize,
express camaraderie, build confidence, exhibit various talents and of course to get away from stressful and
hectic responsibilities ahead, not permanently but just even for a bit of time.
