SECTION 11 FALSE CEILING WORK
 Providing and fixing Gypsum board ( India Gypsum co. )
12.5mm thick for false ceiling ( Conforming to I.S.:
2095 -1982 & 2542-1981 ) which includes G.I. perimeter
channels of size 0.55mm thk (having one flange of 20mm
and another of 30mm and web of 27mm) along with
perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall/partition with
the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm c/c.Then
suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm
(0.9mm thk with two flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit
at 1220mm centers with ceiling angle of width 25mm x
10mm x 0.55mm thk fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel
expansion fastners Ceiling section of 0.55mm thk having
knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with
lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel
with the help of connecting clip and in direction SqM 980.00 -
perpendicular to the intermediated channel at 457mm c/c.
12.5mm tapered edge Gypboard (confirming to IS: 2095-
1982) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm
drywall screws at 230mm c/c. Finally the boards are to be
joined & finished so as to have a flush look which includes
filling & finishing the tapered & square edges of the boards
with joining compound joint paper tape and two coats of
drywall top coat suitable for Gypboard (as per
recommended practices of India Gypsum). as per drawing
with necessary architectural effects like patta, moldings,
chamfers etc. including marking for layout of cut-outs and
making cutouts for light, HAVC grill etc. with required
additional framing for cutout, finishing same after fixture
11.01 fitting etc. complete as directed.

SECTION 12 MS STRUCTURAL WORK
Providing, fabricating, welding, bolting, erecting & fixing in
position ISMC, ISA, MS plates etc. Jindal make for all
types of structural steel works like columns beams, rafters,
trusses, purlins, frame for louvers, bracing, staircase,
ladders, sag rods, pipe bridges etc made up of rolled up
sections with moment or shear connections, shop/site
fabricated including all accessories viz nuts, bolts, anchor
fastners, cleats, gussets, suspenders, Anchor fastener of
specified sizes etc as per drawing and specification complete
12.01 MT 78000.00 -
as directed by Engineer/Owner. The rate to including
painting one coat of Zinc Chromate primer and over it two
coats of enamel paint of approved quality (Asian, Nerolac),
nut & bolts, scaffolding, stagging, etc & same will not be
measured for payment.

The rate shall include for preparing & providing detailed

fabrication drawings based on design drawings & getting the
same approved from the Engineer/Owner.

12.02 Providing, fabricating, welldiing, bolting, erecting & fixing of

MS Tubular hollow Section of Tata Make for trusses,
rafter, purlin, column, tie runner etc. including all
accessories viz nuts, bolts, anchor fastners, cleats, gussets,
suspenders, Anchor fastener as per specified size as per MT 94500.00 -
detailed drawings and instruction including providing one
coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of enamel
paints of approved quality (Asian,Nerolac) and shade etc all
complete as directed.
Providing and fixing 12 mm dia. mild steel bars upto 1.2 M.
12.03 length for foundation bolt with necessary threading, nuts, No
template etc complete. As directed by Engineer in charge.

12.04 same as above for 16 mm dia. No. 700.00

Providing and fixing 12 mm dia and 150mm long Anchor
12.05 fastener including drilling, fixing as per drawing, design No 300.00
and as per instruction.
