1. How do people feel like when experiencing the world around them?
They feel like seeing the world in all it’s competness and detail, like experiencing the world as it is.
2. What kind of reality does our mind create?
Our mind create an alternate reality.
3. Why does the chalk painting on the sidewalk give us a double illusion?
The chalk painting give us a double illusion because when you look at the painting we feel that we’re
seeing it , but we’ve actually not.
4. How do you perceive the two sets of chess pieces at the first glance? How are they in reality?
In reality the ones on the top look dark and the ones on the bottom look light. In reality are the same.
5. What happens to the bright yellow flower as focus on the bee moving around?

The bright yellow flower is getting blurry.

6. Why is that so?


We’re actually only taking in detail from a tiny subset of our visual world at any instant.
7. What happens if you stick your arm out and focus on your thumb?
We take in high resolution information only from the information about the width of our thumb.
8. What is the impression we get?
We see everything in details.
9. What do we assume about people’s perception?
Everyone is seeing the world as it is .
10. What happens to two people looking at exactly the same world?
Two people looking at exactly the same world could be taking in different information at the same time
