3 Phase Induction (Script)
OK, we begin. It is time to make your choice of two or three. Choosing three will have you awakening to
you having wet and messed yourself, but you will awaken extremely relaxed.
Start by finding place to relax, your favorite chair, the couch, or even your bed. Now we begin relaxing
the body. Tense all the muscles in your face, head, and neck, holding it for 10 seconds. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3,
2, 1. Take a deep breath, as you slowly exhale release all the tension and relax the muscles in your face,
head, and neck. Feel your head sink into your pillow or whatever it is resting upon. Make a fist with your
hands, gripping hard as you can. Tense all the muscles in your forearms, upper arms, and shoulders,
holding it for 10 seconds. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath, as you slowly exhale release all the
tension and relax the muscles in your hands, forearms, upper arms, and shoulders. Let your hands, arms,
and shoulders relax and disappear as they sink into whatever resting upon. Curl your toes and your feet,
tense both legs completely, holding for 10 seconds. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath, as you
slowly exhale release all the tension and relax all the muscles in your feet and legs. Let your feet and
legs relax and disappear as they sink into whatever your resting upon. Tense all the muscles in your
back, abdomen, and chest holding for 10 seconds. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Take a deep breath, as you
slowly exhale release all the tension in your back, abdomen, and chest. Let your back, abdomen, and
chest relax and disappear as your body completely settles and sinks into whatever your resting upon.
One last big deep breath. Draw this one in slowly through your nose, fill your lungs as much as you can.
Hold it for 10 seconds while looking for any remaining tension. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Exhale blowing out
any remaining bits of tension and allow your body to completely relax into whatever your are resting
upon and disappear.
Imagine in front of you a stairwell that descends apparently for eternity. You can fill in the details, color
and type of stairs. Are they wood, steel, carpeted, etc. Are the steep, narrow, straight, spiral, angled,
etc. Is there railings? Picture yourself walking up to the top of this stairway. Start descending the
stairway, feel as your feet strike each stair tread one after the other. Every stair tread you step upon,
you relax more and more, your mind gets quieter and quieter. I'll let you descend in silence for a bit.
While listening to this file you will not fall asleep, but rather relax and enter a trance allowing for
modification of your mind. By the end of this file you'll be a razor's width from sleep as you will trance
so deeply. Continue down the stairs, feeling each step hitting the tread going deeper and deeper, in
silence for he next 60 seconds. (Pause 1 minute) Look down the stairway, you notice a landing is coming
up. You notice on the other side of the landing is an elevator with brass doors and frame so highly
polished they you would swear they are gold. Your are now 5 steps from the landing. 4, 3, 2, 1. You are
standing on the landing looking at the elevator in front of you and the stairway up to infinity behind. You
hear the chime of the elevator as it arrives and the doors open widely without a sound. Enter the
elevator. Look around, notice how it's decorated. The highly polished brass walls, the digital control
panel, the tan seats with cushions that are impossibly soft. Your favorite songs and music are playing
softly. Once you enter the doors silently close and the elevator chimes. 100 displays on the digital
counter on the control panel. The elevator starts descending and with a chime the display changes to
99, and you relax more and deeper. Thoughts disappearing, your mind calming and opening up for
suggestions. The elevator chimes again, the display changes to 98, you relax more and deeper. Each
time I say a number you will hear the elevator chime, see the display change to that number, and relax
more and deeper. 97, 96, 95, 94, 93, 92, 91, 90. Take a deep breath and rapidly exhale it blowing away
anxiety, worry, stress and other similar emotions and feelings. 89, 88, 87, 86, 85, 84, 83, 82, 81, 80.
Take a deep breath and rapidly exhale it blowing away anxiety, worry, stress and other similar emotions
and feelings. 79, 78, 77, 76, 75, 74, 73, 72, 71, 70. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale it, as you do so
anything blocking you from relaxing is blown away. 69, 68, 67, 66, 65, 64, 63, 62, 61, 60. Take a deep
breath and slowly exhale it, as you do so anything blocking you from relaxing is blown away. 59, 58, 57,
56, 55, 54, 53, 52, 51, 50. Take a deep breath and slowly exhale it, as you do so anything blocking you
from relaxing is blown away. 49, 48, 47, 46, 45, 44, 43, 42, 41, 40. Take a deep breath and exhale it over
5 seconds. Picture yourself drawing in positive energy from the world around you as you breath in, as
you exhale dark, negative energy is released from within you. 39, 38, 37, 36, 35, 34, 33, 32, 31, 30. Take
a deep breath and exhale it over 5 seconds. Picture yourself drawing in positive energy from the world
around you as you breath in, as you exhale dark, negative energy is released from within you. 29, 28, 27,
26, 25, 24, 23, 22, 21, 20. Take a deep breath and exhale it over 5 seconds. Picture yourself drawing in
positive energy from the world around you as you breath in, as you exhale dark, negative energy is
released from within you. 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10. Take a deep breath and exhale it. As you
exhale, any remaining blocks in the way of relaxing or remaining negative energy is expelled when you
exhale. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. Take a deep breath and exhale it. As you exhale, any remaining blocks in
the way of relaxing or remaining negative energy is expelled when you exhale.
Picture yourself, your body and mind are completely relaxed, however if you look closely two places of
tension remain blocking you from the ultimate state of relaxation. Picture zooming in on your bladder.
Notice how much tension is contained within as it is so full and filling faster and faster. Concentrate on
it, making it relax. Relax the sphincter and release your bladder and feel the rush of relaxation as your
bladder drains. You relax even deeper. These muscles will stay in this relaxed open state for three
hours. During that three hours from awakening from this file or other files you will drink sixteen ounces
of water every half hour. At the three hour mark the sphincter will close and lock not allowing you to
pee until your bladder is extremely, painfully full or three hours later, which ever happens first at which
point your blabber will automatically release its contents no matter where you are or what your doing.
After that it will resume normal operation but not notify you that it's full until it is so full you'll barely be
able to hold it. You also have a choice, you can make yourself permanently incontinent by saying to
yourself ''Permanently relaxed". This is not reversible and will also bypass the three hour relaxation
mentioned earlier.
The final place in your body for tension is your anus and rectum. Picture this part of your body and
allow it to relax and empty it's contents leaving it in this relaxed state until you are fully awake, not
noticing the mess or anything else. Your pants or diaper will now be locked on, unable to be removed
for a random time between 1/2 hour and 3 hours. If you have somewhere to be in under the 3 hours
but after the 1/2 hour, your pants or diaper will unlock 10 minutes before you need to leave, but never
shorter than 1/2 hour after you awaken. If you have other files after this one you will not notice the
wetness or mess until you awaken from the final file and any time intervals previously stated.
Now it is time to awaken. If you have other file after this one, you will ignore this awakener accepting
and following any instructions in the following files. If you have no following files you can choose to
follow this file and wake up, or fall off into a deep and restful sleep. If you chose to follow phase 3, you'll
not noticing anything until you wake up from your sleep and any time intervals mentioned. I will now
count backwards from 5 to 1, as I do so you will awaken. When you awaken you notice you are also very
thirsty and need at least 16 oz of drink right now. As you drink this you will notice whether you chose
option 3 and it's results. You will then try to remove your pants and/or diaper but find you are unable to
do so until the random time has expired. 5 - Feel energy from the world pour into you. 4 - Feeling and
lightness return to your arms, legs and body. 3 - Your thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc. return to you. 2
- You become alert to yourself and the world around you. 1 - Wide awake, eyes open feeling refreshed,
renewed, recharged, and ready to take on your daily challenges and everyday life.
