Activity 1: Weekly Television/Online Viewing Log

Use this log to keep track of your daily television or online viewing habits whether
done at home or at your neighbor’s place. At the end of day 5, add the viewing time for
each day to discover your daily total for viewing.
For those who do not have access to television, you may write zero in your viewing
