In such cases, the exhibitor acknow ledges thatthe organizer has sustained damages and losses as a result of the foregoing, as wel and shall and does hereby waive al claims for damages or compensation. The sums paid to the organizer as fees or otherwise in connection withthe exhibition shall remain the property of the orgarizer M. The exhibitor, however may substitute another party or company wiich meets the entry and government formalities necessary for the entry into the country where the exhibitions to be held.
