1. Activity
Each of you will receive an envelope. Inside of the
envelope, there are regular polygons, a ruler and a
pencil. First, you will find the length of the side of the
regular polygon. Second, find the center of the regular (students perform the activity)
polygons and when you find the center, draw a line
from the center to each vertex. Then, draw a line from
the center to the center of the two vertices. After you
find the length of the side, find the area of the one

triangle inside the polygon by using the formula bh

and then multiple it on how many triangles did you
form inside the polygon. I will give you 10 minutes to
do it and after 10 minutes, you will post of what you
have done and you will have to report. Understand
