1. To ne popular in college, a coed has to join all teen fads like”going steady” “dating”,
“smoking pot”, “drinking”, and even pre-marital sex. Without these she will be considered
a nerd.
- As a college student, you don't have to join and do those things because those are not
the basis for not just being called a nerd. Nowadays even if you don't do those things
you are still called a nerd. The others, on the other hand, use such things or use them
because they get into gangs and their paths become wrong. As a child, it is better for
you to be on the right path and to study hard for the family and to be happy and
reciprocate their hardships.
2. The problem of marriage is solved by love alone is only half truth. It takes intelligence,
unselfish, and self-control to solve marriage problems. Therefore, it is not advisable to
marry young.
- As a student, in my own opinion both partners need to tell the truth and not lie.
And we also need to be content with each other because it will strengthen a
relationship. It is not only love that counts. The brain also needs to be used to
think of the right things to do. It is better to marry an adult or at the right age,
because if you marry a child or your age is not valid. There are many trials that
sometimes you do not understand and suddenly give up. As a child, do not get
married right away because sometimes with a little argument the solution is
separate.
3. According to the late John F. Kennedy, “ ask not what your country can do for you but
what you can do for your country”.
- It was also in his inaugural address that John F. Kennedy spoke his famous words, "ask
not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." This use of
chiasmus can be seen even as a thesis statement of his speech – a call to action for the
public to do what is right for the greater good. (This appears to be an elegant rephrasing
of Franklin D. Roosevelt's acceptance speech at the 1936 Democratic National
Convention: "To some generations much is given. Of other generations much is
expected. This generation of Americans has a rendezvous with destiny.")
