Westerhall St. David,

The principal

Dear Miss Smith,

From the head of the JA finance committee, I am assigned to record the performance of the
JA students of the Westerhall secondary school in their annual business venture, percentage,
and a comparison of expenses, income and profit made in the four areas of their business.
The categories are listed below.

T-Shirt Printing

 30% of the shirts were printed

 30 dollars was received from sale

Stamp on logo

 30% of the logos were stamped onto the shirt

 30 dollars was received from sale

Hat sales
 30% of the hat were made

 30 dollars was received from sale

Souvenirs

 10% 0f the 100 product from the last sale was kept as a souvenir

Calculations

 100 – 90 = 10 which was that amount of materials kept as souvenir = 10% or $20.50
of the profit was lost

 $20.50 was made to all the material for the hat sale

 $20.50 was for the stamped logo

 $20.50 was for subsides by a friend

 Hence $20.50 – $41.00 = $20.50 profit was saved
