Unit Overview
In this unit, we focus on the various ways that travel agencies earn income from their airline ticket sales
as well as the benefits and risks with each model. These include commission-based, mark up and fee-
based models. Each model defines a role that agencies play in travel sales.

After completing this Unit, you will be able to:
