Findings of Fire Safety Issues


01. There is no designated fire command room at the factory.
02. Designated fire officer/ fire chief not yet deployed at the factory.
03 Found no PA system at the factory.
04. Found no fire alarm system at the factory.
05. Found no fire control panel board at the factory.
06. Gong bell found no installed at the factory.
07. Found no fire alarm bell at the project.
08. Fire alarm switch also not installed at the factory.
09. Extra 100 pcs DCP & 20 pcs CO2 fire extinguishers are required at the factory.
10. There is no fire hydrant system at the factory.
11. Hose pipe/ hose reel not found at the factory.
12. Water fire bucket and water fire drum not found at the factory.
13. Aisles and arrow marks not found at the factory
14. Found no auto smoke detector at the factory.
15. Fire extinguishers marking not painted at the factory.
16. Found no emergency telephone No. signage poster at the factory.
17. Found no floor wise fire evacuation plan at the factory.
18. Emergency light not found at the factory.
19. Portable fire extinguisher not completed to hang at the factory.
20. There is no exit direction poster at the complex.
21. Smoke detector found no installed at the SDB board.
22. Found no rubber mat at the SDB board.
23. Ebonite sheet also not installed at the SDB board of the factory.
24. A huge amount of loose wire found at the complex.
25. Poster of “Assembly Area” found no posted at the assembly point.
26. Day Care & Doctor’s Room not found at the factory.
27. Visual fire alarm not found at boiler and generator room.
28. High beam industrial light not found/installed at the factory.
29. Found no exit sign light box at the exit doors of the factory.
30. Fire equipments and fire equipments box not found at the factory.
31. Found no fire dress (Fireman, Rescue & medical) for the fire team of the factory.
32. Fire door not installed at the factory.
33. Oil drum found at the generator room at the factory (they were suggested remove that from the generator room).
34. Found no workers dining room of the factory.
35. Found no prayer room of the factory.
