FOR
B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) COURSE 2020-21

Candidates who appeared in the CLAT-2020 Examination held on 28th September, 2020
by the Consortium of National Law Universities, Bengaluru for admission and are
willing to take admission to B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Course in our
University against one vacant seat / against the subsequent vacancy, if any, can apply
under the following category :

(i) Scheduled Caste (SC) for Bihar docile only.

Willing candidates are hereby directed to pay Rs. 30,250/- (Thirty Thousand Two
Hundred Fifty only) through the following ICICI Bank payment Gateway :

Such candidates will be informed about probability of their admission, subject to


vacancy and in order of their All India Rank of CLAT-2020 result, latest by Saturday,
the 31st October, 2020 through our website and they shall take admission through
online mode on 3rd and 4th, November, 2020, failing which they will forfeit their claim
of the seat, if any, in the Academic Session 2020-21. Subsequent vacancies, if any, shall
be filled in also by those candidates who have applied till Thursday, the 22nd October,
2020.

At the time of admission, the candidate shall have to pay the remaining fee i.e. Rs.
45,000/- (Forty Five Thousand only) for the first semester. Rs. 75,250/- (Seventy Five
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty only) shall be paid by the admitted students in the
Month of February, 2021 as Second Semester fee.

Please note that if Rs. 30,250/- (Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty only) is not paid
within the above mentioned date i.e, on or before 22nd October, 2020, the candidature
of candidate shall not be considered for admission. No further enquiry shall be
entertained in this regard.

Mere depositing payment of Rs. 30,250/- (Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty only)
does not guarantee admission. In case of vacancy, provisional admission will be given
after thorough verification of the documents of the candidates. However, if any
document is found to be false or incorrect at any point of time, the admission shall
stand cancelled automatically.

The candidates, whose admission is not confirmed till the closure of admission (last
date of admission will be notified on our website), or who wants to withdraw their
candidature and request for the refund, are hereby informed that their paid amount of

Rs. 30,250/- (Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Fifty only) will be credited to their same
bank account from where the said amount was deposited through ICICI payment
gateway in CNLU Bank Account.

Documents required at the time of Admission :

1. Dully filled-in Admission Form for the Academic Year 2020-2021 (Annexure – I);

2. School/College Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate;

3. Migration Certificate;

4. Character Certificate from the institution last attended indicating that he/she has
never been found guilty of misconduct during the study period;

5. Matriculation certificate or Mark Sheet where Date of Birth is clearly mentioned;

6. Mark Sheet of Matriculation/10th;

7. Mark Sheet of Intermediate / 10+2 ;

8. Caste Certificate (Mandatory applicable for the reserved category candidates only)
issued by competent Authority Govt. of Bihar;

9. Admit Card of CLAT – 2020 duly signed by the invigilator;

Note: The admitted students are advised to visit the University website regularly for any
update.
