Major Tasks/Responsibilities:
1. To identify new consulting and grant opportunities/clients and develop winning proposals. The
task may involve participation in bid pre-award meetings, interaction with potential clients,
debrief meetings and presentations to the client;
2. To assist in identifying potential consultants, partners (consulting entities, development
organizations, universities and others) and field resources and taking lead in engaging them for
contributions to bid/proposal development;
3. To identify and participate in networking events to explore new opportunities, clients, partners
and develop new partnerships;
4. To assist/lead in review and development of organizational communication products (profiles,
brochures, update web contents) to enhance organizational visibility and profiling;

Competencies: Required competencies include good team player, analysis and computing skills, desire
to learn and adaptability, self-awareness and cultural sensitivity.
