PROPOSAL

“New Editing Computer


Requisition”

1.0 Introduction.
City University of Malaysia Johor Bahru Campus Marketing team plan a strategy to
bring our brand, product, service and promotion all over Johor mainly using social media.
After a team meeting, we plan to broaden our horizon by focusing on content creation like
Edutainment, infotainment and promotional content (Pictures & Videos). Therefore, we
need to be equipped with a New Editing Computer to produce content at timely manner.

KOTA SOUTHKEY, 80150 JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR
2.0 Objective
The Objective of this requisition is to create content on weekly (or Daily) basis and
keep reminding those students who neglect their studies to continue studies at City
University Malaysia Johor Bahru Campus. Beside that, with this New Editing Computer we
could reach a higher working (Content Production) Efficiency and also reduce stress all
together.

3.0 Hardware Details

Base on the facts above we can see that the Custom PC has a higher specification and could deliver
much better and it is customizable for future upgrades compare to Apple iMac Pro it has a lower
specification it might deliver the same quality but take a longer time to produce due to lower RAM
size and also DDR3 is considered as old version (slower in compare to DDR4). The GPU comparison
can be seen by the year it was made, that is 8 years apart. If we keep using the old version (Apple
iMac 2011), in future we might not able to update or keep up with the new software update and
render the hardware obsolete whereas the Custom PC can adapt to changes and be upgrade up to
almost limitless therefore saving company financial burden by a sum.

4.0 Budget Incurred


As per our planning & suggestion which is requesting a New Editing Computer will incurred
a cost which detailed below:

5.0 Conclusion
With this proposal, I hope the management could be considerate with this proposal
to acquire New Editing Computer as it would produce best result in producing content.
This request is not for any individual interest but only to the interest of City University
Malaysia keep moving forward and achieve success. This action (if approve) which helps
growth the City University of Malaysia Johor Bahru Campus and compete with other
University in marketing strategy. We are hoping for the fastest approval for us to get move
some of our task for this special project.
