HOW TO USE “ZOOM” VIDEO

CONFERENCING APP

A STEP BY STEP GUIDE FOR ATTENDING ONLINE MEETING USING


“ZOOM” APP (VIDEO CONFERENCING)

1. Installing the Application

Open the “Play Store” app on your Andriod/iOS mobile phone

Search for the “Zoom” app. Download and Install it.


2. Attending a meeting on “Zoom”

Once you have zoom installed, and got the meeting link then just click on the meeting link
to join the meeting
3. Once you are in, use the “Call Over Internet” option to join the audio
conference and switch on your video by clicking on the “Start Video” button

4. Changing your Display Name

Click on the “Participants” button at the bottom of your screen and on the
ensuing screen click on the “>” button at the top right corner.
In the next screen click on “Rename” and then edit your name and click on
“OK”
5. Mute/Unmute yourself

Use the button pointed out in the image below to toggle between
mute/unmute options

6. Switch video On/Off

Use the button pointed out in the image below to toggle between switching
your video On/Off
