TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SALE

GST : GST 18% will be charged extra


Payment : 30% advance with confirmed purchase order & Balance 70% will be against
Proforma Invoice before dispatch.
Delivery : 45 days from the date of clear Purchase Order and with advance.
Transport : On To-Pay, basis & we will support you with best transporter for safe.
Installation : Free of cost But Service Engineer’s To & Fro i.e. 3AC ticket, lodging, boarding and
conveyance borne by the customer. (The charges of the service engineer will be Rs.1500/- per
day after 4th day from the date of resumption of service engineer at buyers site.)

Warranty : One Year warranty from the date of dispatch with 12 free services. (Excluding
electrical parts like heaters, contactors, MCBs, SSR, fuses, temperature, motor, Drive, Knurling wheel,
bearing and pressure transducers. In case of doubt buyer can seek clarifications regarding warranty
clause and items covered there under from Seller’s Service Department.)
Validity of quotation : 15 days from this Quotation date.
Training : We will provide 10 days training at our factory in MATHUR, PUDUKKOTAI DIST,
TAMILNADU, 10km away from TRICHY Office.
Cancellation : Order once placed will not be subsequently cancelled for any reason. In case of
order cancelled the entire amount of advance will be forfeited.
Force Majeure : This offer is subject to Standard Force Majeure Clause.
 Please note the GST 18% and transport charges will be extra to the above quotation. (All
machine will be dispatched from Trichy, Tamilnadu)
 Please note speed of the machine will decrease as the paper GSM increases.
 Sample cup and sample paper to be provided for the mould making any changes after that will
not accepted.
 5kg of blank paper to be sent to Trichy factory for test run for the respective mould ordered.
 All bottom size, cup size and blank size to be measured of actual in mile meter (mm).
