Introduction:
In this HOUSE RENTAL Project, we're going to develop an online-based system in
which people would be able to find houses/rooms/lands, etc. of a particular place that
is available for rent or sells. Users would be able to publish advertise about their
available properties (house/land, etc.).

Literature Review / Review of the Existing Works:


At present, the people of our country suffer a lot for want of accommodation
according to their demand. They've to run to and fro for their desired house to
buy/rent. They have to go through every corner of society to get information about the
house/land that is available. Similarly, a landlord/house owner also has to suffer
sometime when he wants to rent/sell his properties. He has to expose the subject
people to people to get his desired client. To solve these types of problems, we're
going to introduce HOUSE RENTAL system.

Aims / Objectives:
 To search for available quality space for rent and sale based on some criteria
(location, property, facility).
 To publish advertise about property, people having available space for rent or for
sale.

Methodology:
As a digitalized system, new theories will be applied to the project. At the current
time, people have to make a phone call and contact with admin for visit rentals and
others. In our system, all the information about the specific property would be given,
which will make the matter simpler. For this, we will need information & data about
property owners and users. In that case, the respective user & owner would be the
source of information.

Limitations:
While developing the system, we faced the following limitations:
 Due to time shortage, live chat couldn’t be integrated.
 No facility for partial installment.
 Multi-language support couldn’t be implemented due to time limitation.

Work Plan and Timeline :
It would take 1/2 weeks to gather information about the project. And would take 1.5/2
months to complete the whole project. After this time, it would be available for
production. In case of adding additional features/modifications, it may require a more
extended time.

Conclusion:
House Rental System would be significant to all. People in general would be benefited
a lot. It’ll remove sufferings and pains of searching of accommodation and make
people’s life easier.
