The Company is promoted by Col (retd) David Devasahayam, Chairman of the

Radiant Group of Companies and managed with the help of Executives from the
Armed Forces, Police, and experts in the field of finance, banking and accounting
who have abundant experience with a proven track record in this field of service for
many years. They are highly professional in approach with a trouble-shooting
attitude and committed to providing efficient and foolproof service.

 CASH DELIVERY AND PICK UP SERVICE:

Doorstep banking services not only for the Cash Delivery and Pick-up for individuals
but also for the Bank’s esteemed customers, in a secured manner.

 SECURED STORAGE DEVICES:

R.C.C. Vaults measuring about 20’ x 20’ (Carpet area) have been designed in
accordance with RBI guidelines and are equipped with 24 hour Armed Guards,
CCTV, Access Control, Burglar & Fire Alarm systems. Safe Custody of Cash and
Valuables viz. Bullion, Media Tapes / Data Storage, Important Bank Documents and
Post Dated Cheques storage facility is available. Separate Bins can also be
provided as per request.

 CASH IN TRANSIT SERVICES:

RADIANT offers Secured Cash Vans for the safe and secure transportation of
valuables and cash with instant communication arrangements for lntracity and
Intercity working.

The Company uses Internet as the basic medium of data transfer. Our Head Office
at Chennai and other branch offices are connected through secure internet
connectivity with back up for uninterrupted communication. In Chennai, all our

offices are connected with servers for simultaneous data management activity by all
the executives. We have the capability of real time data transfer with all the
Regional Offices.

Technology Used for Online Data/Image Transfer

Our Enterprise Mobile Application “Radiant Sandesh” has been developed in the
Android OS as a tool to simplify operations, streamline processes, increase back
office efficiencies & reduce paperwork. It can be easily downloaded from the Google
Play Store & works on any Android based Smartphone. It enables real time data
tracking & management of pickups with pre-designed reports & custom built MIS
reporting services. We also have the facility to send SMS / Email alerts to customers
on defined triggers.

Network of Branch Details

We have over 3500 active locations country wide where we have cash executives
operating. We have extensive burial arrangements with multiple banks with multiple
accounts at all of the above locations.

Value Addition to MIS that can be provided

All the requisite data required by the Bank and the customer can be structured into
the MIS. If need the MIS sheet can be shared real time to specified officials in the
bank who can view the details as they are being compiled at the Regional Offices.
We can also provide bank deposit reconciliation of the partner bank deposits by the
end of the day. The scans of receipts of pick ups can be provided and is being done
already on daily basis.

Bank Guarantee and Transit Insurance

Bank Guarantees as required have been provided. The Company has got
comprehensive transit insurance for the expected volumes. In case of need, transit

insurance for the individual customers can also be structured at an additional cost of
the premium amount. The Company insurance also covers the fidelity of employees.
Maximum possible average cash in transit as required by the customer is covered by
the insurance

Internal Controls and Risk Management Governance

Business Continuity Plan and its review

The Business continuity plan of the company is based on the unmatched quality of
service provided by the company. The company handles a varied range of
customers with diverse requirements of service. We provide heavy cash
movements, retails cash movements and extensive facility for burial to cater all types
of customer needs. Apart from banks our clients include microfinance companies
retailers etc., The business review is done every 6 months or earlier if the market
conditions so demand. Our business model thrives on extensive coverage and
diversified portfolio. Operationally the company has reserves at every level starting
from the Cash Executives, Senior Management at the regional offices, and back up
with reserve data bank in a separate server at Hyderabad. We have a very
extensive burial network based on multi bank, multi account system. There are well
established risk management teams at all Regional Offices and in most of the states.
The Customer confidence is ensured by Bank Guarantee and a comprehensive
Insurance coverage.

Risk Management and Governance Procedures

The Company risk management revolves around the principle of verification at

multiple levels. The cash pick up data is verified through the CE reports, bank
deposit verification reports, verifications of bank deposit through net banking, where
net banking does not exist through faxes of bank deposit slips and of course the fax
of receipts given by the customers. The verification is done at the Regional Office
by the Data Management executives, by Data Management team at Chennai Head

office and banking team at Chennai Branch Office. Any error observed is verified
through the mechanisms mentioned above and corrected within 24 hours.

Risk Management Procedure for the Employees

The strength of the company is the fact that 80% of our employees are ex
servicemen with proven service record. The others are put through Police
verification prior to employment. We have a well organized risk management team
at all Regional Offices which reacts immediately on any incident and the losses if
any are recovered within 24 to 48 hours/ All incidents of loss are followed up till final
recovery. We are backed by a team of legal experts who follow up the cases till its
conclusion and till the guilty are punished and losses recovered. We have
developed a good liaison with police all over the country for follow up of cases in an
appropriate manner.

Insurance Coverage

The company has a comprehensive coverage for the average cash in transit
covering all the Customers and locations. The company also provides insurance
coverage to individual customers on request by charging them the premium amount.
The Insurance agency has a good knowledge of the type of operations the company
is involved in and the policy caters for these requirements.

Internal and External Auditing Structure

Radiant is an ISO 9001 – 2015 certified company with a well established system of
internal and external audits. The Internal audit is done by designated officials every
quarter. The reports are perused by CMD and the ISO team during their audits. The
company has a standing external audit team working from its premises and auditing
is done for all the accounting transactions.
