Answer : at work, I don't convey the message very often and when I deliver it
during a very difficult job, then I convey the message

What do you think is the hardest part about taking messages?

Answer : 1. When the person leaving the message has a flat tone of voice, it
makes it difficult for us to understand the meaning or purpose of the message

2. when people leave messages, the language used is not good and
the content of the message is excessive, so that those who receive the message
do not understand the message sent to the person receiving the message

What kind of skills must a good receptionist have?

Answer : 1. Receptionists must have the ability to communicate well and say
things in a straightforward, effective, efficient and friendly manner

2. The receptionist must have the ability to communicate in a formal

and one-way manner and the presentation method is too verbal so that it can
give a message to the recipient of the message

If the person you are calling is not available, do you usually leave a message?
Why? Why not?

Answer : 1. No. Because I'll call him back later

I'm calling. if that person is there, then I will call or give a message to that
person.
