1. Erect a scaffold base on column height and width to install L-shape


column base on dimension from drawing. Connection between panel
to panel use M16*40 bolt

Safety Concern
• Ensure that workers assembly formwork panel according to the
drawing
• Ensure all connection parts has tighten
• Ensure tie rod and wing nut install properly and full tight before
casting
• Ensure foot plate and push pull prop install correctly as shown in
drawing
• Ensure working platform fully installed with proper safety barricade
• Please inform to FHS site supervisor or related staff if have any
changes of drawings or need to do any modification works which
effect formwork installation

Things to note:
1. Ensure that the Anchoring position mounted on the Panel is
accordance to the drawing provided.
2. Ensure M20*50mm bolt (GR 8.8) is used to tied the wall bracket
to the Recoverable Anchor.
3. Ensure that the Recoverable Anchor has to be removed before
Jumping to next level
4. Ensure Concrete achieve 15MPA before jumping
5. Ensure there are no honeycomb around the anchor ± ø150mm

- Min 2 -3 workers install climber platform
(Actual number of workers depend to site arrangement)
