Judge Hallet not giving me a protective order is one thing Judge Hallet continuously stating
that I wasted his time the courts time is outrageous!!!! Him not understanding is one thing!!
However adding insult to my injuries is just outrageous!!! Judge Hallet even at one point
got frustrated and said mam how many times has he hit you? He also stated that maybe I
should get some mental help!! WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS TELLING ME TO GET HELP
FOR THE WAY I AM REACTING TO THE ABUSE!! NEVER ASKING THAT MY
ABUSER STOP ABUSING ME!!!
Taking my children from me forcing me to have supervised visits because I collapsed from
the fear that I was in from my estranged husband following me
Judge Hallet continuously states that his time was wasted on my protective order!!
Judge Hallet found me in contempt for speaking up about the horrendous things that were
happening to me and my family!!!!
Judge Hallet has never asked that my abuser stop abusing me and my family!!!! (just
punished me for speaking up about it)
Judge Hallet has allowed me 100 per week with my estranged husband having control of
both businesses millions of dollars have dwindled down for him not paying bills late fees
I have not been able to get to go to the doctors or get prescriptions as I need
I have been forced into signing whatever so I dont lose custody of my children
Judge Hallet had a telephonic conference with Mindy Heidel & Lisa Beck something was
stated that the custodial evaluator Jill Miller was to help with my children (NOT SURE
WHAT WAS SAID) Attorney Mindy Heidel stated in open court that Judge Hallet told her
not to get my children help!! Judge Hallet corrected her and said that it was a lie!! However
I am still not what took place during the telephonic conference that took place. Attorney
Mindy Heidel has lied continuously in my case!!! She has stated one thing in DCS court and
then lied in paperwork and statements in Judge Hallets court.
Judge Hallet stated in open court that I was a victim of domestic abuse he also stated that
my abuser was a louse.
Judge Hallet acknowledged this!! I meet all of the requirements and he still refused to give
me a protective order
Judge Hallet continued to state that we both needed to go home and be nice to each other.
Judge Hallet allowed me a survivor of abuse to represent myself
My abuser filled for divorce three times abusing me through the courts
Judge Hallet refused to give me a protective order
Judge Hallet gave my abuser the right to control my identity
Judge Hallet refused to give me any meaningful access to the business that is in my name
alone!!!
NO ACCESS TO THE BUILDING THE ACCOUNTING CREDIT CARDS IN MY NAME
NOTHING AT ALL!! MY ABUSER HAS CONTROL OF IT ALL!!!!
MY ABUSER PROMISED THAT HALF OF NOTHING IS NOTHING!!!
MY ABUSER COMMITTED CONTEMPT BY SIGNING OVER A 750 THOUSAND
DOLLAR HOUSE TO MY SON AFTER THE FILING OF DIVORCE!! HE LIED ABOUT
THE DOCUMENTS STATING IT HAPPENED FOUR WEEKS BEFORE!!
MY ABUSER HAS TAKEN MY OLDER DAUGHTERS HOUSE, CAR, JOB I
HE HAS BEEN SLANDERING HER NAME MY NAME ANYONE THAT ASSOCIATED
WITH ME THEN ISOLATING THEM

Judge Hallet has allowed my abuser to run the family business into no income A business
that was invested with family money!!! My daughters & nephews money that their
grandfather gave them. That was needed to start the business my brothers money. Monies
that were given to be by my aunt.
Judge Hallet stated that it was a big deal that their was a violation and I should have notified
my attorney right away. I told him I did he then said something along the lines I am
speaking against my attorney. My perception is that because they are attorneys I must be
lying because it wasnt handled!!!
I am also very confused if me and my children lives were not a concern for him at all!! Why
would a violation against the business be more important to our lives??
Judge Hallet is well aware of the fact that my estranged husband has a felony conviction
and is legally not allowed to run the business. Judge Hallet made it in open court that I am
not even allowed on the email or payroll!!
I have no way of answering questions that the Indiana state excise police have!!
Indiana excise police have stated that it is illegal for my estranged husband to be in control
of the business. They have stated that it was a crime for him to forge my name for any
documents that he turned into them!! I was told by excise police that I needed to tell the
judge right away that it is a crime and he should know better. Unless I was committed into
an insane asylum or any medical reasons that my abuser would have power of attorney over
my name. If not a business can not be run without the person having any meaningful access
to know what is going on!! The business should have been put in escrow

Judge Thomas Hallett lacks the education or experience with domestic abuse and its side
effects & the damage it causes families and most importantly children.

I affirm, under penalties of perjury that the foregoing representations are true.
I understand that the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications does not have
authority to intervene on my behalf in any proceeding or to change any decision reached by
a court. In filing this complaint, I agree to cooperate with the Commission and its agents
and to testify, if asked, concerning the matters raised in my complaint. I understand that the
judge will receive a copy of my complaint and that Indiana Supreme Court Admission and
Discipline Rule 25 VIII C provides that I am immune from civil suit against me based on
the content of my allegations of judicial misconduct, if made without malice, only to the
extent those allegationsare made to the Commission. Therefore, I am not immune from
civil suit for any allegations I make public or which I communicate to any entity other than
the Commission.
