PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE/PROGRESIVE TENSE


 An action which is happening now (aktifitas yang sedang terjadi sekarang)
 Time marker : now, at the moment, at present, tonight

S + Tobe + Ving + C

Examples :

- They are speaking English right now


- We are discussing the problem at the moment
B. PRESENT PERFECT TENSE

S + Have/Has + V3 + C

 An action that has completed before the present (aktifitas yang telah selesai dilaksanakan)

Example :

- Rina has played tennis


 An action that has an effect on the present situation (aktifitas yang telah selesai dikerjakan
dan hasil atau akibatnya bias dirasakan)

Example :

- I have read this letter (berarti saya telah mengetahui isi buku itu karena saya telah membaca)
- He has turned on the light (berarti ruangannya telah terang karena dia sudah menyalakan
lampu)

C. FUTURE TENSE
S + Will + V1 + C
 An action that is going to happen (aktifitas yang akan terjadi)
Example :
- I will take examination tomorrow
- Mr. simon will stay here for 2 years
 Time markers : tonight, tomorrow, next week, next time, next year, from now, ten years from
now, in the future
