Get into workout clothes that make you feel great

and also stretch and absorb the sweat.


Plan your meals so your yoga session is 2-3 hours
after you eat.
Open up the doors and windows if you can!
Sunshine and fresh air are always great to have
while practising yoga.
Your space for practising yoga should be quiet
and clean. You can also spray some air freshener
to make the deep breaths you take during the
practice feel even better.
While you should practise yoga on a levelled
floor, don’t practise it directly on the floor
because some poses can hurt on the hard surface,
Spread a yoga mat, a blanket, or practise on a
clean carpet.

If it’s your first session with us, log in a few
minutes early so you have the time to introduce
yourself before the session starts.
Our yoga instructors can provide the best
guidance if they know more about you so
introduce yourself, let them know if it’s your first
session, and whether you’re a beginner or have
some previous experience with yoga.
It’s also important to let our yoga instructors
know if you have any medical conditions,
injuries, or undergone surgery within the past
year. This way, they can modify the poses so you
can have a safer and more fulfilling session.

STARTING
THE SESSION
While practising yoga, concentrate on the yoga
and try to stay away from the distractions - this is
the time to get in touch with your body.
Have your camera switched on during the class so
our yoga instructor can provide you with helpful
corrections if you have trouble with any poses.
Please keep your audio muted during the session
so the instructions can be properly heard by
the class.
To avoid distractions, keep your phone, computer
or tab in silent mode and avoid receiving calls or
using the phone.
Don’t worry if you are not able to do a specific
pose, you’ll be able to accomplish it with practice.
If at any point you feel any kind of uneasiness or
discomfort, take a break or get into child's pose
or Shavasana. Not sure how to do these? Log in
early and ask the yoga instructor before the
DURING session starts. You can also have some water if
you have to take a break during a high-intensity

Wait 20 minutes before you grab a glass of
water or take a shower.
Don’t do strenuous exercise after a yoga session -
have some well-deserved rest!
