Pre-Project Construction

Project Implementation

1. Reports
a. For project contract is less than 6 months – to submit weekly progress report
b. For project more than 6 months – to submit monthly progress report and progress
billing.
2. Progress Billing – submission per week or per month depending on project duration
3. Conduct of toolbox meeting – daily conduct to discuss task priority for the day and safety
compliance.
4. Safety Compliance – 100% compliance on safety standards including proper wearing of
complete PPE, prevention of hazardous acts etc.
5. DTR Checking – check employee’s DTR and signing prior to submission to HR for timekeeping
purposes.
6. MRF – timely request of materials request submission
7. Materials monitoring and inventory – materials are monitored (in and out of items are well
recorded and documented.

9. Project Cost Monitoring – ensure that the project is within budget based on the
