The Last time I felt valued

Incident: my birthday
Thoughts: Happy and excited at the same
Feelings: I felt Happiness
Behavior: I treated them so much respect.

The last time I made others felt valued


Incident: when my friend has a family problem and wanted to end her life
Thoughts: my thought and ideas about the situation is to make her feel that she's important and
to lessen the heartache she's feeling.
Feelings: I felt really sad about it. But felt happy at the same time because she listened to me.
Behavior: My behavior that time is like I want to go to her personally and tell her she's very
important to her family and friends. I'm really uncomfortable that time.

● Did you find it difficult to answer? Why?
Yes I find it difficult to answer especially the first part because I can't really remember
the times where someone valued me so much.
● What did you notice with your answers?
I noticed that I answered the second part easily where I made someone valued rather
than the first part.
● What was your reaction about seeing your answer?
A little confused, but overall I don't have reaction at all.

I find it entertaining and amazing
2. How do you feel about talking to yourself? Your friends? Teacher? Family?
-when talking to myself I didn't feel anything, about the teacher I felt nothing too, and for the
family I felt sad because I miss them so bad.
3. What have you discovered about yourself during your self talk
Nothing, because I already know who I am.
4.How is the activity helping you enhance your self worth?
-maybe it's trying to help me boost my self esteem.

1. My proudest moment was when I received a with honor award when I was in grade 10.
2. My strengths are my family, friends and God.
3. My source of joy is family and playing stuff online.
4. My friends really appreciate me as a nice person.
5. I can overcome all the challenges in life because I'm the oldest in my siblings. We don't
have a mother and my father don't have something to support us so I need to overcome
all of this to halp my brother and sister even my guardians who is supporting me right
now.
6. I will reach my dream because this is for my family, I want them to be happy.
What have I learned
Think of our current crisis (Covid-19 Pandemic) situation. Recall a moment
where you have done something that you felt confident and your sense of self-worth
is high. What can you say to yourself in that situation? What have you done? Write
your answers on a sheet of paper.

- I can't think of situation that made me felt confident because I'm just at home playing
video games. But I felt confident when I reached the mythic rank in mobile legends and
made my self-worth high that I keep telling mysef that I'm a pro player.

- Be strong, never give up and keep going.

- I will talk to myself because no one knows how to solve my problems but only

- I'm always positive at anything and don't really think about the crisis we're having
to not stress myself.
