scrawls on the walls as they go closer

Analysis of the Editorial

First Paragraph: the first sentence talks about the news peg or the introduction of the issue while the
next sentence gives the position of the paper. that is, the cleanliness of the wall's paintings depende
on the behaviour of the students.

The Body Paragraph: the second paragraph talks about the evidence about the negligence of
students in taking care of the newly painted buildings. on the other hand the third paragraph employs
persuasive techniques, such as presenting statistics from authorities and asking of a rhetorical
question.

Another evidence emanates from the fourth paragraph by quoting the remark of the parent. This is
effective, too, because there is a follow-up sentence that insinuates a challenge to the readers.

Conclusion: as discussed above, editorial endings should be short, witty and simplesuch that they can
propel a challenge to the students. in that way, the editorialwirter just employed a question that
makes the readers hanging, giving them the responsibility to act on their answer.
