This is to certify that Mr. Sailesh Paudel was working at Gunina Technotronix and Research Center
Pvt. Ltd. as Research and Development Engineer from October 17, 2016 (Kartik 1, 2073) to June 13,
2019(Jestha 30, 2076). Mr. Paudel’s monthly basic salary was Rs. 20,000 excluding allowances.

During this period, his services towards the organization were found to be highly praiseworthy. He
was greatly problem focused and goal oriented individual with high self-esteem and great dedication
towards work. With his extensive knowledge on the electronics field and his out of box thinking
towards the problem, he was able to conclude many challenging projects successfully. His
responsibilities in the organization were:

1. To deal with the client and enquiry them about their problems, requirements and
specifications
2. To draft the proposal on design solution and forward it to the client
3. To draft the quotation of the customized device and forward it to the client
4. Perform research and conduct tests towards the solution of the problem and requirement of
the client
5. Design and develop the customized device that addresses the client’s requirements
6. Conduct and supervise the overall installation and operation of the system
7. Select electronics equipment, components, or systems to meet functional specifications and
make the list of inventory
8. Provide technical support and perform field visit

He had been a vital part of our organization for more than two years and we strongly recommend him
