PROJECT DESCRIPTION A system for transporting pharmaceutical products using flying drones.
PROJECT PURPOSE Its purpose is to create swift medicine delivery which finds utmost significance
during calamities, in inaccessible remote localities and during medical
emergencies. The collaborative effort of both companies may result into an
efficient prototype delivery system.
SCOPE / BOUNDARIES Dronetech company will prepare medicine delivery system and will test it's
feasibility and reliability for a period of 2 months before actual launch of
product.
REQUIREMENTS The project requires Creating a single system controlled by both the
companies. And will create a drone delivery system that will have a speed of
the drone ranges from50-70mph.
OBJECTIVE SUCCESS CRITERIA
A user-friendly mobile application An application that can be manage
DELIVERABLES / easily.
OBJECTIVES IT Interface Logistics System A system that is working and ready to
view its flight journey.
Technical / Support Group A system where costumer can keep
track on its order history and can
provide feedbacks.
Temperature-controlled product A packaging that can withstand any
packaging system level of temperature when it is being
delivered.
SCHEDULE -August 5 will be the start of trial operations
-October 5 will be the end of costumer delivery
BUDGET $780,000
ASSUMPTIONS AND - The delivery services are exclusive only for those customers residing in the
CONSTRAINTS San Francisco area. Transactions are done purely using their smartphones.
- Resources are assumed 100% available for immediate dispatch.
RISKS - Expensive prototype.
- Unforeseen delayed in the development of the prototype systems.
- IT Interface issues and malfunctions.
