INVITATION FOR BIDS

RENOVATION OF NBP, PIMS BRANCH, FEDC REGION, ISLAMABAD

National Bank of Pakistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of aforesaid work
from reputed & financially strong constructors with an active status on FBR Active
Taxpayer List. The constructors will have to produce the work according to
architectural drawing and with the materials prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Pre-
requisites for the issuance of bidding documents are:

1. A constructor should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 or


above financial category along with CE-10 and EE-04 construction specialties.
2. Constructors who have finished minimum three similar nature of projects of worth
not less than four (2.0) Million for Pak Rupees each during last 05 years are
eligible to bid.

For interested constructors Single Stage – One Envelope Bidding Documents


containing details of bid, detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement,
procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation
criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee & all applicable taxes by
the Government etc., have been made available against a price (as per PPRA Rules
23(5)) of Rs.2000/-each in the form of pay order in the name of “Wing Head (North),
National Bank of Pakistan” in business hours and within working days up till
23-11-2020 from the following office:

The bids prepared in accordance to the instructions prescribed in the Bidding


Documents must reach in the above office on or before 15:00 pm on 25-11-2020. Bids
will be opened on the same day at 15:30 pm in the office where bids collected. If office
remains closed for some reasons, same work will be done on the next working day at
same time. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk
as well as on the National Bank of Pakistan website https:/www.nbp.com.pk/TENDER.
