I am interested in IT. I like to programming and use phones and laptops. My


favorite brand of technology is Samsung. And, I am interested in dancing and
music. I like to sing and play the guitar. I often sing and dance at university.

My name is Yuli. My lastname is Reshytniakova. I am eighteen years old. My
family is friendly. My mother’s name is Svetlana. She is a teacher. My father’s
name is Vitaliy. He is an agronomist. And, I have sister. She is 7 years older, then I.
Her name is Aliona. She is an accountant. I am a programmer. I live in Kharkov
near subway station “Alekseevskaya”. My e-mail is [email protected]. You
can write me anytime.

3. What are you going to do this weekend?


I have a lot of plans. I am going to write exam of discipline “Data bases” at 10 a. m
on weekend. After exam, I am going to have lunch with my family. After lunch, I
am going to help my mother. We are going to bake cake. I the evening I am going
to take a shower, do make up and walk outside with my friends.

4. What is your favorite thing?


My favorite thing is my laptop. It is very fast. It is silver. My laptop’s brand is Asus.
I often take it with me. My laptop often helps me do my homework or do work
tasks. I rarely watch movies on my laptop when I sit at lectures at my university.
In general, my laptop helps my always and everywhere.

5. What is your usual day like?


I usually get up at 10 a. m. I have fried eggs or cereal with milk for breakfast. After
breakfast, I brush my teeth. I usually take a shower at 10:30 a. m. Then I get
dressed and go to work, and rarely go to university. I usually come back home at 7
p. m. I have dinner at 8 p. m. After dinner, I do my homework. Then I rest and go
to bed.
6. How do you like to spend your vacation?
I like to walk around the city, take a lot of beautiful pictures with me and places in
the city. I like to visit different cafes and eat national food. I like to visit museums.
But, I like active vacation, too. I like to go on a hike with friends. I like to ride a
bicycle. I like to swim.

7. Describe your dream house (apartment).


There are two floors in my house. There is a big living room on the first floor. It is
my favorite room in my house. There is a kitchen next to my living room. It is big,
too. There is a dinning room next to the kitchen. There are two bedrooms and
bathroom on the second floor. And there is a big garage next to the house. My
house is big and modern.

8. Where are your family members? What are they doing now?
My family members are at home. My sister Aliona is eating borsch now. My
mother Svetlana is cooking dinner for family. My father Vitaliy is watching TV
now. My cats Yasa and Murchik is sleeping now. And I am talking now.

9. What could you do in your childhood?


I could play with my toys and friends in my childhood. I could walk all day long. I
could ride a bicycle in my childhood. I studied to read and write in my childhood. I
could draw cats, dogs, parrots and other animals.

10. Share your favorite recipe. It must be simple and tasty.


I want to share on of my recipes. It is fry potatoes. You should take some
potatoes, meat, bell pepper, carrot, or you can take other vegetables , and you
should take fat. You should cut all products. Add mayo, salt and mix. Put chees
and bake at 180 degrees for forty minutes. Enjoy your meal!

11. What can a teenager do?


Teenagers can do a lot of things. For example, they can play computer games.
They can play sport games. Teenagers can study. They study at school at, may be
in courses. Teenagers can ride a bicycle, run and jump.
12. Where were you last Sunday? What did you do there? How
did you feel?
I was outside last Sunday. I walked with my friends and rode a bicycle. We were in
the forest. I saw some beautiful birds and flowers, and I saw a lot of big trees. I
took some pictures and want home. I felt good because I like nature.

13. Tell about you and your best friend. What do you both like?
What do you both dislike? (Use Me too/ Me neither)
I have friend. She name is Ksyusha. She likes to work out and me too. She likes to
drink green tee and me too. She likes to walk in shopping malls and me too.
Ksyusha doesn’t like milk and me neither. She doesn’t like to cook and me
neither. She doesn’t like to get up at 7 a. m. and me neither.

14. Hi! I am Lola. I like traveling. I want to visit Barcelona,


London, Paris and Prague. What should I do?
You should read a lot of information about these cities and you should choose
your favorite city. I think what Paris is the best city in the world. Paris is very
beautiful. If you are going to go to Paris, you should buy France wine. Wine is very
tasty.

15. Who is the best person you know? Why is he/ she better
than other people?
I think what Monatik is the best person. He is kinder than other people. He is the
most popular singer in Ukraine. He is more popular than other celebrities. A lot of
people are higher than he. His songs are more positive than other singers. He is
very positive and funny person.
