Role Title
We have listed each SMART goal that was set for the project manager.
For each objective, we have indicated below expectations / met expectations/
exceeded expectations within comments.
Create and deliver presentations to COO on project goals and plans, including
progress reports in the first week of every quarter.
Effective April 1, provide a monthly project status report that updates clients
and stakeholders on the status of the project timeline and budget, key project
milestones and/or deliverables, risks/issues and mitigation plans, and any
important action items. This is applicable on all the projects falling under
banking, financial services and insurance division.
Prepare a budget for the projects in consultation with CFO. The budget will be
decided/revised in first week of every quarter. It should be verified by the
board and clients by comparison with previous budgets on similar projects.
Increase the BFSI division revenue by 7% by end of year (31st march 2021)
Set objectives for the managers and senior managers and keep pitch
presentation meetings after the budget approval. These meetings should be
around how the managers plan to deliver the project. In the end of quarter,
check the status and progress of managers. Both these meetings should span
not more than 5 days.
