Learning Competencies:
1. Evaluate his/her own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
2. Show the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in
actual life situations.

Concept:

Let’s try to answer the following questions

How do you feel today?

What did you do for your physical and social activities for the past days?

Did you participate in any religious activities recently?

How are these physical, social, spiritual and psychological activities


affect or influence you as a person?
Activity
Draw a house inside the given box. Leave a space for each parts of the
tree such as roof, windows, walls, floor, and door. Each represents the most
significant part in your life as defined below.

• Roof: parents, grandparents, and caretaker: Who looked after you while
growing up.
• Windows: members of the family; write their names in every window.
• Walls: things in life that makes you feel good about yourself.
• Floor: significant events in your life. Write the specific occasions on the
floor.
• Door: your achievements no matter how big or small; write on the door
Reflect on your drawing by answering the following questions.

How do you describe the activity? How does your house relate to you and your
life?

Where do you think you are in your drawing? Which part of the house do you
belong?

Do you feel any strange emotions when you draw and write the name/s for the
roof? Why?

How does it feel when you draw the floor and write the significant events in
your life?

Did you miss anything in your drawing? Why did you leave them out? What did
you feel when you decide to do so?

Do you have someone in your life you want to forget? How does it feel when
you are reminded of this person?
