The customer contacted support about a domain purchase through net banking. The amount was deducted but the success page was not shown. The support agent checked the order status and informed the customer that the order is pending and it will take around 90 minutes to be confirmed. The agent assured the customer it is okay that the banking error page was closed and the domain can be integrated with an existing hosting plan immediately once the order is placed.
