Instructions:

1- It is a group assignment. (5 members only)

2- Each team should select a news article (a recent article – past 12 months) about a

monopoly in Saudi Arabia. You can refer to the list below:

Monopolies in Saudi Arabia:

3- Prepare a five-page report that includes the following:

 Summary of the article (Company overview)

 Answers to the following questions:


1. What is the market sector of the chosen monopoly?
2. Why does the chosen monopoly arise?
3. What are the positive effects of the chosen monopoly on the economy?
4. What are the ethical implications for monopoly?
5. Do you think monopoles are good? Why?
 Include a list of references using APA style (6th) edition
4- You are not supposed to meet in person, so you should work remotely using
applications and tools like Google Drive, Black Board, and emails.

5- Plagiarism is not permitted and plagiarized work will be rejected. Do not forget to do

the following:

- Select and support your answers with credible and relevant sources
- Make sure you perform proper paraphrasing and in-text citation.
Deliverables:

 Submission: Submission is via Blackboard. Submission should include one document
