Directions: Based on the findings of the study, draw the possible conclusions that would relate
to the research questions. Write your answers on the space provided.

STUDY 1
Research Questions:
1. What is the age group with the highest and the lowest number of workers?
- The group that has a highest number of workers is the age of 46-60 (years old), while
the lowest number of workers is the age of 18-30 (years old).

2. Which employment sector has the highest and the lowest number of workers
- The employment sector that has the highest number of of workers is the category of
Business, while the lowest number of workers is the category of Agriculture.

Summary of Findings:

The findings state it all. The findings depends on what the people are in capable of what to do,
and also, it depends on their age.

Conclusions:

I think, it is much better if the employment sector are open for a job hiring to be able to get a
higher chance of number of workers for employment sector. Also, I think, the more young the person
is, the more it has a lowest number of workers, compared to others age's.

Recommendation:

I think, to lessen the unemployment rates or to increase the number of workers for the sector
that has a lowest number of employment, is to conduct or open a job hiring, to be able to increase the
employment sector that has a lowest number of workers.
