Activity # 2. (august 5)
What is your favorite dish? Share the recipe. Tell us about the ingredients
and explain the way of preparation. Show your dish. Picture.

INGREDIENTS/ MEASURES:

1. 200g Wheat flour 6. Tsp Sugar


2. ½ Milk 7. ½ Ham
3. tsp Baking powder 8. ½ Cheese mozzarella
4. 2 Egg 9. ½ Pineapple
5. Tsp Salt 10. Ketchup

PREPARATION:
1. In a big cup add the wheat flour, the milk, the baking powder, eggs,
salt, and sugar and they stir the ingredients.
2. In the plate of the microwave add the mixture and we cook for 5
minutes.
3. In the mixture cooked le add the ketchup and the cheese mozzarella,
ham and pineapple
4. It divides and we serve

a. Create a restaurant situation. Order a meal (waiter/customers) and


record a video (2.5 minutes). Upload the video to YouTube and share
the link in this space.

b. Choose one of the well-known typical dishes below and write a brief
review about its preparation and experience of tasting the dish. Ask for
another people´s opinion.

Tray paisa

Preparation: First the zaragoza is prepared, then the ground meat and it is kept in
the fridge, the next day when the paisa tray is ready to serve, the zaragoza and the
ground meat are heated, then the white rice and plantain are cooked and finally the
chicharron, the egg and the chorizo are fried.

Opinion, Lucia Agamez: The paisa tray is an exquisite dish and recognized
worldwide for its delicious flavor, I love it.
