Dear Sir,

With reference to your requirement, we are pleased to submit our quotation as per mentioning the
division in scope of work and Terms & Conditions.

PRICES:

The prices offered by us are as per the price annexure attached

PRICE VARIATION:

The prices quoted by us are based on the prevailing raw material prices of polymer. Any variation in the
prices of polymer and associated items would result in variation of the quoted prices.

DELIVERY:

Delivery for materials is commence immediately from the date of receipt of your technically and
commercially clear order along with required financial arrangements and shall be completed as per
schedule mutually agreed at the time of finalization of order.

INSPECTION/ TESTING:

The goods supplied shall conform to our Technical Specification Sheet attached. In support of the same
we shall furnish the Certificate of conformity along with every lot. We will help you in organizing third
party testing based on the requirement, for which contractor will be liable to pay the charges. Any
complaint on account of quality or quantity must be raised in writing not later than 7 days from the date
of receipt of material.

PAYMENT TERMS:

100% advance by Demand Draft/ Pay Order or Irrevocable and confirmed letter ofcredit (L/C) at sight
from Bank of repute. LC charges to be borne by purchaser.

VALIDITY:
Our offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of this offer. Please contact us
for the updated prices when the quotation is about expired.

deemed to have been made at New Delhi. The Courtsot New Delhi shall alone have jurisdiction to decide
any dispute arising out of or in respect of the contract.

FORCE MAJUR:

Neither party shall be responsible to the other for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations
due to any occurrence commonly known as Force Majeure that is beyond the control of any of the parties
including, but not limited to, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God or any Government body, public disorder,
roits, embargoes, strikes, act of military authority, epidemics, lockouts or other labour disputes,
Insurrections, civil commotion, war, enemy actions. In the event of such circumstances the afected party
shall inform the other within a reasonable time frame of the occurrence of the same and the likely delay
which may arise on this account.
