 why chose (IT for IT students and Agriculture for AGRI as course)

After initial questions, follow-up with sample questions or construct own based on observations…

GENERAL QUESTIONS (Choose one)


 How would you handle stress?
 How would you sell yourself to the company as an employee?
 Why should we hire you?
 Why should we not hire you?
 What are your weakness/weaknesses? How would you turn it as your strength/s?
 How well do you work in a group? Give me few examples when you had to use teamwork to accomplish
a goal.
 Let’s say you have two projects that are due roughly at the same time, and you feel overwhelmed. What
would you do?
 Why do you want to work here?
 Tell me about a tough challenge you had to overcome.

For IT course:
 If you were to advertise a software, how would you encourage me to buy your product/item?
 You are newly hired IT expert, how would you approach a supervisor having problems with a computer?
 How would you describe yourself as an IT expert?
 What are your shorter terms if we will hire you?
 What are your long term plans in this company?
 How would you extend help to a tenured IT expert who isn’t approachable?
 How can you assure us that we will not regret if we hire you?

For AGRI course:


 How would you describe yourself as an agriculturist?
 How would you use your skill as an agriculturist?
 What challenges are you looking for in this position?
 What experience do you have in this field that you can offer the company?
 What major challenges or problems did you face? How did you overcome them?
 What are the advantages and the disadvantages of you chosen field?
