Create a quiz assignment:

1. Go to classroom.google.com.
2. Click the class - Classwork. 
3. At the top, click Create Quiz assignment.

4. Enter the title


and then
provide
additional
instructions,
if necessary.
5. Click “Blank Quiz” to customize your quiz in Google Forms. This opens your quiz in a
separate window.

6. Click the title field to edit the name of your quiz form, and then type your questions in
the questions field. 

7. Click the drop-down menu on the right. You can then change your questions to short
answers, checkboxes, drop-downs, grids, dates, or times. You can also use the sidebar
on the right to add or import questions, sections, or files.
8. Make sure to click required.

9. The answer key, click the correct answer.

10. Change the points to 1.

11. Click the add question button to add question.


12. After you add all of your questions, close your browser window. 

13. ack in the Google Classroom quiz assignment window, click “Assign” at the top right.
Select the arrow next to “Assign” if you want to save your quiz as a draft or schedule it
for a future date.
